2. Prepare the lye solution

- Slowly add lye to water, stirring carefully
- Allow the solution to cool while taking safety precautions
3. Melt and mix the oils
- Combine organic oils in a large pot or bowl

4. Combine lye solution and oils
- Slowly pour the lye solution into the oils
- Use a stick blender to mix until trace (when the mixture thickens)

6. Pour into molds and cure
- Pour the soap mixture into molds
- Allow the soap to cure for 4-6 weeks before use
7. Cut and store
